Villa Rules
- Keep the house and surrounding area clean.
- Late checkout would incur charges subject to availability.
- Do not move any furniture.
- Maintain pool cleanliness and hygiene.
- Smoking / Hookah are not allowed inside the Villa, if found smoking or having hookah inside the villa, the security deposit will be forfeited . If having hookah outdoors make sure there is no damage to the property.
- No loud music & DJ system allowed in the premises.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the swimming pool or by the deck.
- Cleaning of any kind of pet’s waste or puke will be charged extra Rs.1000.
- Please take care of your belongings, we are not responsible for any damage or theft.
- Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you are not using them.
- Lock the door and close the windows when leaving the property.
- Be careful when using cooking appliances, heaters, or other fire hazards.
- Consumption of drugs and or any illegal substance are forbidden in and outside the premises.
This is a holiday home for everyone to enjoy a luxurious getaway, so please ensure all the rules are followed for a smooth checkout.
If any of the above rules are broken it would incur charges and your deposit would be forfeited.
